Dave Foulger

Dave Foulger was born in Montana in 1945. He has studied at the University of Montana, Burnley school of Professional Art, Ricks College and Brigham Young University. He  decided to devote himself to his painting after 20 years of running his own sign painting business.  
Using transparent watercolors, Foulger creates photo realistic works that are truly amazing to the viewer.Painted images range from serene landscapes, discarded rusting trucks, an antique locomotive (Engine 119), a Harley-Davidson motorcycle as well as various still lifes. With his work, Dave Foulger strives to create a harmonious bridge between the viewer's experience and the artwork. Though extremely realistic, his paintings express a contemplative spiritual essence.
