I have moved from one coast to the other, away from the familiarity of home. I have shifted from communication art into the world of fine art, traveling through pop culture, nostalgia, longing, and hope.

My oil paintings represent places, people, and ideals that I uncritically admire or have left a lasting mark on me. Look for the effects of distance and the daydream of home, the distinction between memory and reality. My paintings exist as both fact and story.
